Uptime Service Level Agreement, we guarantee
that your critical systems will average less
than .1% of unscheduled downtime in a given

will do whatever it takes to keep them running

Your Problem is Our Problem Promise:
If a
certified Critical System goes down, we will
have an engineer onsite within 2 hours to
resolve your problem, and he will be there until
your services are restored.
Once we've certified your critical systems, we
take ownership of their availability. If one of
these critical systems goes down, we get onsite
FAST, we stay until service is restored, and you
pay nothing. No matter what it takes, that
includes parts, labor, and anything else
necessary including the pizzas. |
